We guarantee the plants we carry to be of high quality and in good condition. If planted properly in the correct location and given the appropriate care, your plant will grow.
IF WE INSTALL THE PLANT — we guarantee to replace trees and shrubs that do not survive for one year after date of invoice with one replacement of each plant. This represents a 100% guarantee of all labor and material associated with each plant. Replacement will be made with plants of the type and size as originally installed, provided they have been cared for properly. If stock is depleted of the same type and size that has died, we will credit the purchaser's account for 100% of the original purchase price. This credit will be applied to future invoices. Our planting fee is 40% of the price marked on the plant with a minimum planting fee of $95.00.
IF YOU INSTALL THE PLANT — the above terms apply except dead plants will be replaced at 50% of the original price. If stock is depleted of the same type and size that has died we will credit the purchaser's account for 50% of the original purchase price. This credit will be applied to future purchases. Delivery cost is not include in the guarantee.
Losses must be reported within one year from date of invoice.
Our guarantee is void of plants have not been cared for properly and our instructions for care have not been followed.
Our guarantee does not cover neglect or damage caused by humans, animals, the forces of Mother Nature, mechanical or chemical injury.
There is no guarantee for annuals, perennials, roses, vines, or grasses.
There is no guarantee for plants planted in planter boxes, urns, or containers.
There is no guarantee for replacement plants.
There is no guarantee for bonsai plants.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR WHOLESALE PLANTS.
Delivery cost is not included in this guarantee.
